Once your offer is accepted, a holding deposit will be taken. For professionals we conduct a complete reference check. Subject to approval, we’ll draw up your tenancy agreement and collect the remainder of the security deposit plus one month's rent payment in advance. If you’re a student, in the place of references we require six-months of rent payment in advance.

Your property will be professionally cleaned before you move in. A check-in time will be arranged with a Lexstone team member where a full inventory check will be carried out.

If we’re asked to manage the property on behalf of the landlord, we’ll be on hand 24/7 to deal with any situation that might occur.

On your last day of the tenancy, we’ll meet you to carry out the final inventory check and arrange for the balance of your deposit to be returned.
